I am extremely new to this blogging, but here goes…..
Last week I wrote 3 checks totaling $330 out of our adoption fund. Would you be surprised if I said that that was the exact amount that came in for Mission4Mollie?! It should not astound me when I begin to think about what God has done. He constantly provides for His children. $330 is not a lot of money, but it was money that we needed for this adoption process. God showed up in the little because Jeremy and I have to believe that He will provide. We do not have the amount of money that it is going to take to bring our little girl home, but He does!! That brings such comfort to my heart and peace to my spirit!! It also just proves to me that He will be faithful in the small as well as the large!!
We have our first official fund-raiser this Friday night. We are having a Pancake Supper at the Kirklin Fire Station. I am believing God for a specific amount because it is what we are going to need to fund our home study. Do I doubt He’ll provide it, no. Why should I? The Bible is very clear about what God has and what He will provide to His children. Philippians 4:19 “But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.”
Thank you Jesus for Easter, thank you for Your sacrifice! I am blessed beyond measure and “my cup runneth over”!!
